We handle personal information in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and order information — name, company, email address, phone number and message contents you provide through our contact or order forms.
• Account and billing information — when you subscribe, the plan, number of seats and billing details needed to provide the Services. Card payments are processed by an external payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Customer content — information your organization enters into the Services (such as improvement proposals, manuals, evaluations and financial data). This content belongs to your organization and is processed only to provide the Services.
• Technical information — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to operate the website.

2. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
• To process orders, billing and support.
• To send administrative notices about the Services.
• To protect the security of the Services and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Parts of the Services use generative AI to support — not replace — human judgment. Content submitted to AI features is processed to return suggestions, questions or drafts to your organization. Final decisions are always made by people.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, form processing and payment processing), bound by confidentiality; (b) companies within the Tokyo Consulting Group where needed to respond to your request; and (c) authorities where required by law.

5. International transfer

Our hosting and service providers may process data outside Japan. Where personal information is transferred abroad, we take measures required under the APPI.

6. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your personal information as provided under the APPI. Contact us using the details below and we will respond after verifying your identity.

This website currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
